The fastest way to reach Home Clean Guide is email. Write to [email protected] and say in the first line what the message is about, so it gets to the right place without a round trip.
Corrections
Corrections come first in this inbox. Tell us which article is wrong, which sentence, and how you know. A link to a manufacturer specification sheet, a certification listing, or a page of the manual is worth more than anything else you can send. We fix the article and mark it as updated rather than deleting it, under the rules in our Editorial Policy.
Questions about a recommendation
If you want to know why a product ranked where it did, or why one you own is missing, ask. The criteria behind every score are published on How We Review, and we can explain how a specific model was scored against them. What we cannot do is pick a product for your particular home over email. That is what the guides are for.
Manufacturers and retailers
We accept corrections to specifications, model numbers, pricing, and availability from the companies whose products we cover, and we act on them the same way we act on reader corrections. We do not accept payment for placement, for a score, or for a mention, we do not publish sponsored posts, and we do not send articles to manufacturers before publication. Sending a product creates no obligation to review it, and no obligation to review it favorably.
Coverage suggestions
Suggestions for products or categories to cover are useful, particularly when they come with the reason. Our scope is limited to home cleaning equipment and supplies and we do not plan to move outside it, so suggestions inside that range are the ones we can act on.
Link and advertising requests
We do not sell links, guest posts, or advertising placements, and we do not trade links. Messages of that kind get no reply.
What to expect
Home Clean Guide is a small, independently run site, and email is read by a person rather than a support desk. We read everything that arrives, but we cannot promise a reply to every message. Corrections and factual disputes are answered first.
Legal and privacy
Copyright complaints follow the process on our DMCA page. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. What you send us by email is used to answer you, and is not sold or passed to third parties for marketing.
